This thing is a great leg press and a pretty good hack squat. Range of motion on the leg press is perfect and is comfortable. Hacksquat range of motion is slightly limited, I definitely get past 90° knbee bend, but not much further than that. I haven't used Yoga block for my shoulders to improve that ROM, but that is something to consider. Decent price, heavy duty would definitely recommend. When building i would follow the old Deltech Video (as it is the same machine, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzI4l4TBJ4M)

The stand is great, leaves an awesome spot to store my bench in as well. I like that I was able to get it to the height that works for me and that it has options to either V out or go straight. Kinda wish it was more similar to black widow to allow for some add ons. Also the toaster for the change weights seems cheap and do not fir the microgainz adder plates all that well (I know this is not meant for them but still). Of course I had to custom color the stand :)

Love this increment. Unlike the 2.5 much easer to get this one on and off. This is the V1, that is skinny but long so they do sometimes move when in use but no fear that they will fall out

These things are such an improvement over the ones that rep originally sent out. rattle with these things is minimal, I have no concerns about them falling out. They are very tight taking them off can be a challenge, I usally have to up the weight of the dumbell to get enough counter force. Also putting on my wife sometimes gets her finger snapped.

I bought these shortly after they came out before the prices went up so I am judging value based on my purchase price. I got the entire 10-125 set and these things have been great. I did change out the adder weights for the microgainz ones and changed the weight pin for something smaller so it doesn't knock into my hands during use. These things are solid, rattle is minimal. They dell 95% like regular dumbells. The rail is annoying but not as bad as powerblocks and easy to work around

I love these collars. Easy to use one handed and, unlike the other magnetic collars from lockjaw, the magnets are placed around the opening meaning that it has a flatter profile when placing on the rack. For my use, the collars hold great

There is no Barbel quite like an American barbell. The build quality is amazing. For most lifters the knurling is grippy but not cheese grater like. Maintance is much easier than a regular barbell. It is a shame this bar has been discontinued. It is my daily driver and I do not see that changing anytime soon.

I really like this thing. Having both a roller and a flat portion allows me to get my bar in place for bench press and other pushing movements, and then roll it forward so it is stable as I grab it. For a squat I dont really use the flat portion. The rollers are smooth and dont bind. I wish the back of the J-cup was a little taller and the 3/4 inch hole is annoying, since I hate hitch pins and I had to find a 3/4 mag pin (which surplus strength no longer sells). I got the black and then had a locl place custom powder coat it in this 2-tone pattern to make it match the rest of my space.
