I love this piece. It can mimic almost ny upper body machine - chest press, incline chest, shoulder press, machine low row, lat pulldown, cable row. With some ingenuity it can also do high row, triceps dips, pull-ups, leverage squat. This is the pinnacle of what lever arms can be. The only thing I wish it would do is having convering and divergin arms, then it would be the only accessory machine you need for all upper body movements. I recently upgraded most of my equipment and, even though the quantam free trainer is out and people like the free motion of those arms, i felt it was not nearly as good as this since most of use use maching for the stability of a locked path. Joe Gray also has a ton of resources on his website for this piece. I think after a rack, bench, bars/weights and dumbells this should be the next purchase.
