I have an older version of these but they still work great. There are newer versions of adjustable DB's that are probably easier to adjust but I have no issues with mine. I like them and I also have the version that go to 90lbs. I will probably upgrade these at some point but they work well for what they are.

I really like these. I have two of them I found on Facebook Marketplace. I like the fact that you have three different heights in one box. That saves space. I have one in my garage gym and one in my basement gym. I cut a horse stall mat and set on the top of it then store my smaller power block DB's on the box in my garage. I think these are a great option for anyone who does not want 6 different boxes for various heights.

This is a good rower. It is not fancy but does everything you need a rower to do. The air blows on you when you are rowing and that is the only thing I do not like. I put a vent on there to direct the air away from me. I bought it used on Facebook marketplace. For me it does what I need and I can spend the money I would have used for a more expensive rower on more lifting equipment.

I believe the one I have is bare steel. I really love this bar. It is old school and has the 3 rings. I bought this from Big John Roy when he moved out of Western North East South Dakota. The knurling is great, it is strong but not too aggressive. I love doing deadlifts with this bar, they feel amazing. The top barbell in the picture is the Ivanko

I bought these used and they work well. This company does not exist anymore, but if you see some on the used market do not be afraid to pick them up. Decent daily driver bumper plates

This is a great everyday, multi use barbell if you do Olympic lifts. It has both the Olympic and powerlifting rings. It spins well for cleans and snatches. It has no center knurling but I have still used it for squats. If I was only a powerlifter I would not use this bar. For general strength training, CrossFit or someone doing Olympic lift variations this is a good purchase. It is less expensive than many bars but will hold up to heavy use. The knurling is good, not extremely aggressive like power bars. I use this for deadlifts at times and it works well. The grip is never an issue.

I really like this piece. It works great so that is the number one thing. The pads are build well enough that even though I bought this used from a crossfit they do not hurt my quads. If feels solid when using it so the build quality is great. I bought this used so I am not sure on the overall value of it new. The biggest issue I have is the overall foot print. The feet stick out really far. I modified them so it does not take up as much room. To be fair I have an older version of the piece so the current one is a little smaller and the foot adjustment does not stick out the back like it does on mine.

These are a great quality plate. I enjoy having used/older/vintage equipment because of the history. I know it is just my turn to use them. I have 4 pair of 45 milled yorks. They are not too expensive because there are a lot of them out there so the value is excellent. If you are not buying new Strength Co plates I would suggest getting some milled Yorks. Deep dish plates are still my favorite plates but can be expensive to buys depending on what brand you are looking for. These are great daily driver plates. I purchased 10 pair of 45's for $1000. 5 pair are currently residing in Massenomics Gym and 2 pair are in Perfet lil Sweeties. I kept 3 pair for the BBC. The picture show is all of them together before we broke the family up
