These plates were produced in the mid 20th century. Not sure how rare these are, but the unique design is kinda cool.

I am not using these for what they were designed for. I was looking for an inexpensive solution to eliminate the metal on metal contact when using my Gymreaper hanging ab straps. For this use, they work extremely well.

Solid build quality. Hardware provided for concrete or wood install. I installed weight horn into wood for holding 25s and 45s and dry wall screws for 10s 5s and 2.5s. Great price and quality. Highly recommend.
