This pad is a great way to add some variety to your bench movements at a low price. The red pad being shorter than the black one it challenges the sticking point of my bench.

Pick this up used locally, and hung it on the ceiling. I purchased it because of my taller 90 inch rack not allowing me to be able to use the pull-up bars. It works well for the value, with some flex in the bar but nothing concerning.

Gym flooring that won't break the bank or your concrete foundation. The smell is just the cherry on top.

Great dip belt, probably not much different than other manufacturers but perfer to prefer to order from elite.

Well built with good feel and value. Only complaint is its has some slop, but is not a deal breaker.The highlights are the fat handles feel good in the hands and wrists, and the angle of the handles are nice to find where is comfortable. A good attachment to have for your 2x3 rack.

Last minute certification to be able to host the LHLE virtual meet. Now I know I can finnaly get stong but probably will need to be double certified to make sure.

Great bench, it is built like a tank with little to no play and no wobble. It more stable than some commercial benches I've used in the past. Also the padding is excellent it sticky with just the right amount of squish to make it comfortable without sacrificing stability.
