Love this bench, I went years with just a flat bench. This has allowed me to do a lot more exercises. Very sturdy with a nice, grippy pad.

Really like the Powerblocks, yea they are slow to change, especially if you are trying to do 5lb increments. The foam/rubber handles it comes with is terrible but if you buy the JD gym equipped handle these a great DBs that will last forever. I bought these used 5-50 lbs on FB marketplace with the stand and bought the upgrade kits separately. One day I'll buy a fixed set of 5-50lb dumbbells for quicker changes and supersets. But I'll probably always keep these for heavier db benching, rows, etc

Great piece a little play within the leg pads. The pads are just now starting to show some wear after about 4 years of use multiple times a week

This was one of the first pieces I bought for my gym. Honestly, it's a great piece and I have no complaints. Would definitely buy again if I were restarting my gym. This is the rack that I tell all my friends to buy when I am trying to convince them to invest in a home gym.
