Ive had mine for a little over a year and have no complaints about it. They lock the weights down and make it solid and safe whenever I am in need of some clips. not much more to say other than that!

what can I say except its a rogue loading pin. Rogue is always solid but pricey in comparison to others. Rogue is always solid and built well. Its exactly how id describe this loading pin. Its great if you need a loading pin and that's all I have to say about that

the OG heavy bag featured in the 2012 Worlds strongest man! loadable up to 400 lbs. Here's the problem though, its 2026. Companies like rogue and Cerberus have created new and better bags that perform much better. I have a 185 and 250 that I still use to this day, but unlike the rogue and Cerberus ones that I have, these bags leak sand. Makes a bit of a mess and I don't like the look of tying them off. They also are much more floppy than other sandbags which is a different challenge but not what I'm looking for

I can't hub a 35 lb plate yet but I can hit 35 lbs with this hub. A classic implement that is always useful and is a fun piece to setup and challenge yourself with. Just make sure to warm up heavily as you use this!

Since the beginning of gyms, there has only been one question on anyone minds: how can I get my hands on some Extremely Durable, ultra-tough 3/4" vulcanized recycled rubber for exceptional strength and long-lasting performance. Well the answer clearly is tractor supply. Are they stinky? of course they are. Is there a better way to floor your gym? yeah probably, but there's not a cheaper way to do it! No regrets on using horse stall matts for my flooring. If you look at the pic below, I had to cut mine because my wife was adamant that we needed to still be able to use the front door after the flooring went down.

I got a phenomenal deal on Facebook marketplace for these so value for me was excellent. I am prepping for an arm lifting USA meet next year, and this is an event that Is a need for me to train with. Its not my favorite even but it is exactly what it needs to be if that makes sense. It holds chalk well and feels good in my hand. Pull-ups off of these feel excellent and are a fun challenge. If you're looking for something to add to your grip arsenal this is a great deal and a fun change up for pull-ups

When I Started my home gym, The first thing I did was spend 1000$ on a rogue Ohio bar and Echo V2 weights. I Want to make sure I say in this review I don't regret these at all. They look great and love the look of them, but man they are expensive. Especially seeing how amazing of deals you can pick up on Facebook marketplace, I don't know if I would of bought these again if I started over and needed plates. I will always have these though so I guess I don't regret it, just not the most budget friendly choice

This is by far my favorite grip attachment for my lat pulldown/low row combo. The grip is taxed but not enough to where it stops me from being able to load up some weight and pump the back. Along with that, a small strap and carabiner makes it a great pull-up accessory. my most viewed reel on my YouTube channel is a video of me doing pulldowns with it when it was 115 degrees in the gym! very cool piece of gear
