Unfortunately, this company has since gone out of business but at the time of purchase, 2019, there was no better adjustable cable tower for under $250. If you find one used, go for it. I did get tired of changing weight plates, however. But since adding a 200lb stack? It is securely one of my favorite pieces of gym equipment.

Since discontinued. However, at the time of purchase, 2016, options for durable (rebar anchoring hub to surrounding rubber) and affordable bumpers were limited. Now, this feature is commonplace. But after a decade of use, these things hardly show any wear and I don't ever plan on getting rid of them. So, if they are available on the used market, I say go for it.

I love this cable attachment for all things tricep pressdowns, be they standing, kneeling, overhead, or inclined. That 360° rotating swivel, along with the handle angle and diameter, really afford comfortable use throughout. No more elbow or wrist pain. Just gains (in theory). I haven't found knurling necessary (or missed), especially after using a little chalk.

For the price, it's hard to find a quicker set of adjustables that still feel like traditional dumbbells. Everything weighs what it should and appears durable. My only true criticism is the handle length. At 7in (vs the usual 5-5.5in of a traditional dumbbell), centering your hand can take some practice. However, adding some Micro Gainz 5lb plates not only makes the starting weight 20lb for easier math but also shortens the 7in handle for better balance/feel in hand. After doing that, they're perfect.

USA Made weight can be obtained for less but if you need to optimize space, be it on bar or between legs or as in my case, between wall and SSB sleeve, these are your cheapest option. I enjoy the handles but the powder coat is thin and the casting is uneven, with some edge bevels feeling almost sharp.

Although I've never used it for my abs, it's great for supporting my forearms during extension/flexion curls, my knees during tibialis raises, and in bridging the gap between bench angles when working on my Nordics.

Couldn't find this much weight for this price anywhere else, even Harbor Freight. Paired with some daisy chains and you're good to go.

Sturdy (and expensive) rubber of limited utility if you already own a slant board.
