Certainly not as robust and refined as offerings by BWTG or REP but for this price, does it really matter? This cart is sturdy enough to hold 200+ lbs of dumbbells and still be moved with ease. The weight storage option, while adequate, could be improved upon. So, I cut a 5/8" steel rod, used some 1 in to 5/8" adapters by Darko, stop collars, and heat shrink (not pictured) to remake em. Now, the weights for each dumbbell are evenly balanced and divided on either side of the post, making overall cart movement and dumbbell loading smoother.

I only own the rings but I threaded them over my straight pull-up bar for some variety. Hanging to stretch, hanging for ab work, or just performing pull-ups, these things are comfortable and durable.

So far, so great. I've used these for standing hamstring curls and lateral raises going on 8 years without issue.

Are there better options? Sure. But at this price? These are more than adequate for my needs (curls, lateral raises, and flies). And those extra connecting straps they come with are really handy for changing the starting position of other attachments or securing a dumbbell to your hand for a gripless extensor curl

Built to last for decades with minimal maintenance, I can't think of a single criticism. It's comfortable, simple to use, and as effective as you want it to be. From steady state to intervals, this is my go-to for cardio.

They weigh about what they should, feel fine in hand, and stand up to moderate abuse. The paint chips easily and if not kept in a climate controlled environment, they are prone to rust but treat them right and they'll last for decades.

At the time of purchase, 2017, there were not any change plates, in pounds, made entirely of rubber. And they're awesome: weighing what they should and staying mostly in place without a collar. I like them so much, I bought two more sets in 2023. Unfortunately, they don't appear to make these anymore (and Vulcan eroded what standing it had in the home gym community) but if you find them used? Go for it.

Dropping 300+ lbs (under control) repeatedly for years and the weight has yet to budge on my trap bar. A little pricey for a singular purpose but significantly better than any other quick locking axel collar I have used.
