They weigh and do exactly as advertised. For lifts both heavy and light, these are invaluable.

Of my three rollers (the other two being made by Fringe and Rep), this one is my favorite. The foam density is perfect, barely deforming but still remaining comfortable. The vinyl has resisted blemish from years of friction and sweat. The adjustable nut is so efficient and secure, I've become spoiled. The machining of the mating threads is perfect--use is almost effortless. Bulgarians, 45 degree hyperextensions, Nordics, and QL raises are made more a pleasure. And the purple is the perfect shade.

Always happy to support a small business (and a large American business) but when the product is this good? It's an easy ask. The UDA is a wonderfully practical and efficient addition to my gym. With so many ways to customize my grip width and angle, dips feel great again. Of note, if you wish for the grip to be roughly parallel (vs semi pronated or supinated), adding, "N-Gage Grips," to the UDA handles makes this possible.

Before these, I could never incline bench inside my rack without worrying about (or modifying my form to avoid) hitting the J-Cups. They are heavy and awkward to move and store, so, like my SSB, I ended up fabricating a way to make the aforementioned easier. My only real criticism is I had to add a couple of washers to better center the arms and their path of travel.

While the vinyl grip and pad density are great, the 4.5" offset separates this product from all others. Purchased exclusively for in-rack 45-degree hyperextensions, the exercise is now perfected. My upper body no longer brushes up agaisnt the rack and I feel more confident in loading the exercise.

The only SSB I have ever used but I see no reason to try anything else. It is that good. Well made, comfortable, and functionally perfect. So often used is this bar (and such a pain-in-the-ass to move around the gym), I decided to expand the storage capability of my rack, where this now resides. If anything, the latter is a testament to the former.
