This is the only seal row rack attachment I've owned. I have the Hydra half rack and bought this in person at the Indy showroom at a great price. It's a simple design, but it is sturdy and fairly compact. It stores nicely on my rear uprights and even serves as a little buddy seat when my kids are down there with me. I like that this option doesn't try to do too much. Pro tip - if you aren't too tall, I'd recommend turning the pad around so the thinner portion is closer to the upright and then your shoulders can move more freely.

Very solid accessory bench. The fold down back pad offers some versatility for chest supported rows, chest supported rear delts, etc. The screw in arms offer some cool bicep variations. It is very solid at the lowest incline under weight. Where most people are going to find issue - non-grippy padding and the wheels are small and suck. The grippiness of the pad doesn't bother me, but the wheels are very noticeably bad when you need to make minor adjustments moving it around for incline work or shoulder pressing in the rack.

Love the single handle and all the variety it offers with the different handle choices. It can be used as a cable attachment as well.
