If I had to start my gym over from scratch, the Rogue Belt Squat is one of the first things I’d buy. Whether freestanding or rack integrated, it’s a mainstay! It’s become a staple for my lower body days. Belt Squats & Hack Squats are my main squat movements now. Best belt squat I’ve ever used, prefer it over the leverage ones. Super smooth and it’ll last you forever. They also hold their value really well if you ever need to sell it. Everyone knows how good it is and how versatile it is. Squats, split squats, RDLs, etc. Pricey but absolutely worth it

As of right now these are the uncontested GOAT! I have the full 125lbs and rolling stand, absolutely love them. They feel great in the hand & the handle is a little thicker than the nuobells I own. Adjustment is a quick too, great build quality. Only drawbacks I can think of are that they’re obviously pricey, the cage design might be annoying for some bigger hands & the weight selection isn’t as good as the Nuobell handle twist. That being said they’ll last forever and you won’t regret it!

Fantastic bench, super lightweight, feels stable under load, love the ladder system, great build quality, and the pad is the best of any of the benches I’ve used, even beats out some commercial gym benches. Wish the seat pad had one more degree of incline though. And found myself lifting the bench up with leg drive but that may just be bad form lmao. Also not the strongest so if you want even heavier duty bench then maybe look at something else! Previously had the original REP zerogap bench and while it was an absolute beast I found myself sighing & not wanting to move it as much since it was so much heavier. Made it harder when I was setting up for movements and trying to make the adjustments I needed to dial it in. Also the manual zerogap system is kinda clunky and unnecessary for me personally. Plus it was higher off the ground and the front feet got in the way (nighthawk is a great height and doesn’t have those annoying front feet!) Overall the Nighthawk solves all the problems I’ve had with other benches! Have the leg roller too so it makes a little more versatile. If you don’t need a bench ecosystem & just need a solid incline bench (and your not a freak of nature) the nighthawk is for you!

Got this one at the beginning of the year - overall great machine! To start off with some positives: great build quality, amazing compact size, smooth as butter even without the aluminum pulleys, comfy padding, great adjustment points and rom (I have the v3 with the recessed bar at the bottom), accessible for the other people that train in space, and good aesthetic if that matters! BUT as most people know the felt weight for leg extensions is very disappointing. I was able to full stack it as soon as it was assembled and was immediately filled with buyers remorse to say the least lmao. Bought the micro-gainz ToG gym pin and add on 2x 45lbs plates but I already feel capped. I'm not even freakishly strong like some people I've seen use it but still it is disappointing. I got the prone version because I prefer them over seated even though seated is superior IMO, it feels good and weight is solid there but have to add 2 foam pads under my hips to improve the movement for me but overall good! If I was able to do it all over again I probably wouldn't get this one since there's so many new ones coming out that look like they solve the issues that I have with this one! I love ToG but this one could use that improvement and it would immediately be a 5/5
