Very nice plate loaded commercial leg curl. I do enjoy a good lying leg curl and the single leg aspect is a big win. I like how this feels and search it out any time that I’m In a public gym.
I really like this unilateral quad extension. Very expensive if bought new, but good piece to find used if you have the space. The single leg aspect is a bug win. I have used this over a dozen times at the gym I go to when I’m working in Albany.
Good power bar, but not sure why they think it’s worth over $1,000 and rusts since it’s bare steel.
Used in multiple powerlifting meets, and a few gyms over the last decade.
I have tried to use this machine a few times at a couple different gyms and I have learned belt squats just aren’t for me. I felt a to of stress on my low back and just couldn’t get it to feel right for me personally. Thousands of people seem to get them to work great for them but I’m not one of them.
I used this rack several times at my buddies gym. At the time it was probably considered commercial grade but it leave a bit to be desired with the larger than ideal spacing between hole adjustments. The j cups are unique as they are built into the rack and have a trigger mechanism. The built in stock plate storage in great.
Used monthly at the Pain Clinic 2017-2020
Basic trap bar with high and low handles. A gold value buy. Don’t buy into ye hype of needing an open trap bar. This will get the job done. I prefer the mega cap one that 75 lbs and longer sleeves or stepping up to the one from rogue but this is a good budget trap bar
Used this bad boy at Los Campeones in crü falls 2024 and damn did it feel good and hit everything in just the right way. I Walked away very impressed that day. Pretty crazy price tag though.
