These are a very basic and budget adjustable Dumbbell, in my experience they are very fragile and need to be handled with care. I had a pair briefly and wasn’t impressed.

I really like this machine, I have never been able to activate and feel my tibia on any other machine or lift until trying this out at ABC Fitness in Albany NY. It has a small enough of a footprint I could be a neat HomeGym piece if you find one used

My friend donated this bench to the garage gym during Covid lockdown. It’s pretty sturdy and doesn’t have that massive wide bottom crossmember like a lot of other bench’s have. Used 2020-2021

Nora great leg machine, the mechanics leaves a lot to be desired. Have used this a couple time at at public gym (that’s actively looking to upgrade it)

Very basics Olympic plate tree. Not the best not the worst, goood value purchase if on a budget and even better value if found used. It has a bit a wiggle to it but I have no fear it will break. I cut one of the post off so I could fit full size plates on 3 separate spots. Purchased used in 2015 for $20

Very basic product that adds a bit of variation to your push-up game allowing you to rotate you hand placement during a rep pr set. Purchased used owned 2016-2020

These are some great jerk blocks. If you want better you’re going to be spending multiple thousands. I have used these multiple times at my local gym. They are very beneficial for strongman training to be able to press off these so you aren’t taking every overhead rep from the floor or out of a rack.

Have used the 20k black zinc rogue Ohio power in a handful of powerlifting meets over the years. Good bar, same build quality of the 45 lb version except the skinny kilo collars make it not a great bar inside the wider rogue racks
