I have seen and used a few different home made power racks in my day with the most bad ass one being the one pictured about that’s inside a public gym called The Garrison. In this day and age with how much is available I’d never recommend making your own rack but if you’re big into that kinda thing go for it.

I used this at the LHLE warm up room and oh man is it hands down the worst combo rack I have ever touched. Very poorly made not super easy to adjust and just didn't seem to fit anyone right. I’d be hesitant to recommend this combo to anyone.

Commercial grade seated leg curl with a convenient weight stack. Great at what it does and a must have in a commercial gym but most home gyms won’t have space for 2 separate leg machines and the combo ext / curl the moves Used inside a LA fitness regally 2013-2018

Not a quality plate. Some will be very inaccurate. They are a ok option if you can get them used cheap but I wouldn’t recommend these and the 45s are small diameter than a standard 45lb plate from what I remember. I used these a few times and have acquired some in marketplace hauls and they got sold off immediately.

Not a well made Buffalo bar. Lots of better options out there. This just didn’t feel good on my back and couldn’t compare to the Duffalo, fringe longhorn or even the tds.

I personally don’t like this bar. I felt it’s bend/ arch/drop was to aggressive for my preference and it seemed unnaturally thick in diameter.

Very nice plate loaded commercial leg curl. I do enjoy a good lying leg curl and the single leg aspect is a big win. I like how this feels and search it out any time that I’m In a public gym.

I really like this unilateral quad extension. Very expensive if bought new, but good piece to find used if you have the space. The single leg aspect is a bug win. I have used this over a dozen times at the gym I go to when I’m working in Albany.
