This is hands down my favorite specialty bar, if you haven’t have ever had any upper body injuries (wrist, elbows, shoulders ect) and you lik to do the traditional squat this is the bar for you. I owned the chrome for a couple years and eventually found a great deal on the Nickel coated one. It’s one of my forever bars Perfect camber and drop, spectacular knurling. Just truly the perfect bow style bar. The brushed nickel Duffalo bar is on my Mt. Rushmore of bars if I had to pick just 4. I have had several different bow style bars on my back over the years and honestly nothing compares to the feel and quality of the Duffalo. It’s a shame they couldn’t make it last as a company. Best value flat bench of the last decade. The three point design really is the only way flat bench’s should be made anymore. You do have to be careful sitting on the single leg side from the side as it wants to tip. Purchased used in 2019
