Great for one thing. Being short and stocky this dug into my chest. I never found a great position and probably mostly user error. I passed on buying for that and the space it takes when not in use.

It kind of felt like using powerblocks without the convenience of a powerblock. In all practical application I would rather use a dedicated dumbbell or kettlebell instead of this design.

Stall mats sloppily taped is an alpha set up. Dropping blobs. No worries. These are made for horses to poop on. Throw your worst at it. Legend.

These things are sweet. Calibrated plates really are weight is weight so design is king. These are just sick.

I did not keep this very long. It’s like the weight j cups are both literally in the wrong spot and the seat adjustment doesn’t help get you in place.

An be slippery with sweaty hands and paint chips. They’re a vibe for sure and a bargain on sale or used.

These are like buying a Toyota 4 runner. Simple, built to last with incredible resale value.

While cheaper than other options this is still pricey. Feels great but not something I use daily.
