Knurling feels good. Good length for a wide pulldown.

Standard tricep rope. Does exactly what it’s meant to do.

The Covid special! I had these bands during Covid when the gyms were closed. They worked well.

I have a decent section covering the floor in my gym. I wouldn’t do any lifts on them. It’s nice to stretch and do core workouts on this over the stall mats.

Used to use these at a commercial gym. They were top notch but don’t compare to old school clang and bang of iron plates.

Really enjoyed using this back in my commercial gym days.

Before my home gym this was one of my favorite machines at powerhouse. Gave a great stretch.
