I think I've used this thing twice. It's just not that useful. I'd rather do double arm stuff.

Wall control hook are pretty expensive. Some pegboard attachments work just as good but when you really need it to be locked in this is the way to go.

Wall control is the best. There's no debate. I use it all over my house. I think I'm up to seven panels in the gym.

Using the first version of these. I ate through the plastic super quick. 3d printed replacements just recently

Using the 1.0 versions. I love this to mimic a bench handoff. I have also used them for heavy squats.

If I actually did curls, I'd probably use this thing.

When I can convince myself to train grip, this thing is pretty nice.

This is my biggest gym purchase regret. Not worth the hype. I guess it'll be nice if I have a shoulder injury. I just don't like the range of motion
