I keep this in my tricep push down rotation. Works great. Does make a bit of a squeak.

My wife has done nearly a thousand miles on this thing and it's still going good. You have to keep it oiled regularly or it will start to warp the plate.

Using mine to keep the safety squad bar out of my face. Got a great deal on Facebook marketplace but have not found a reason to use this quite yet.

I never used these but my wife loves them for leg work.

I keep this in the rotation very regularly for both curls and for tricep push downs.

This is the first piece of gym equipment I ever bought like almost 10 years ago. I probably use it two or three times a year. Works great.

Use them for years with no problems. I take them on almost every road trip for some on-the-go exercises.

This is the perfect bar. Not too much WIP like Kabuki and not too little like Rogue
