My only complaint about this bar is the knurl - its just too mild. Otherwise for the price, it functions as the bar should and for most people I think its fine. I do use it but will be replacing at some point with a much nicer bar that has a better feel, finish, and knurl but will also probably cost 5-10x as much.

It’s a straight bar. Not much to it. Very aggressive knurling on mine and honestly not the worst one I’ve used but it’s not a hidden gem.

Great value but it squeaks loud and members tell me I should grease it... Obviously there's no bearings and most are made this way but doesn't stop them from complaining about it 😅

Solidly built, spins smoothly. No complaints. Very heavy triceps pushdowns feel quite stable. Good short bar for pronated or supinated movements with elbows in tight to the core.

Its a straight bar gets the job done. Like alot of my attachments I dont use some of the basic ones anymore.

I got the black version off of Amazon about a year ago. Knurling isn't fantastic, but you can't beat the price. Kind of hard to screw up a straight bar that's got a bit of knurling to it.

This thing works well but is super squeaky. Im sure a bearing would help but, would probably drive up the cost.
