I got the weight stack version of this piece. My goal was to make a Rep Adonis knock off and it works pretty well with some modifications and a few additions from Porter PhysEd for a good deal cheaper. It works really well while having a super small footprint. The only downside is the odd tube sizing, so just know your attachment options will be limited if you want to attach anything to the uprights.

Great bar and my daily driver. The cerakote and chrome sleeves have held up well. Some will be bothered by the 28.5 mm diameter and thick collars, but that is not really a factor for me. I would recommend this for anyone who doesn’t mind an aggressive knurling on their bar.

This has to be one the worst pieces of equipment I have purchased. Took a gamble on it at the time since it was fairly inexpensive, but should have known that was a bad sign. It is loosely constructed and extremely unsteady, the holes were not properly lined up, so you had to fight to keep it from pulling you to the left. I’m almost certain the calf block was also welded on incorrectly. I would have felt bad reselling this to someone else, so I salvaged what I could from it before selling the rest as scrap metal.

I bought this a while back from Titan’s scratch and dent section for <$500. At that price I feel it is a great deal even with its shortcomings. The resistance curve isn’t ideal, but that can be helped with bands or putting a smaller plate on the inside to increase the range of motion. I also found it starts to rock easily if you do not weigh it down if you use more than 70 lbs, but that is part of the compromise given its compact size. Overall if you can find it on marketplace for a deal, you could do worse. But buying it at its current price, there are many better options.
