It did the job. Just wish it was actually longer. I have replaced it use with other attachments. Only use it for landmine rows now.

Used these prior to buying an axle bar. They definitely made grip more challenging. Easy to use on DB and bars. Recently I’ve used them for tricep extensions as seen in the picture.

This brush is so much better than a flat brush. Keeps the shaft clean. The oil is amazing because it doesn’t have any odors!

I really enjoy using the bar. It is a budget compromise for getting a high Olympic bar. The knurl is passive on this but will take a beating.

I believe this has a very nice knurl to it. I enjoy the close neutral grip pull. It is over built and extremely heavy for my wife to use in place of lat pull down bar.

These worked in a pinch to practice for the Saxon. The issue is the feel is not at all like what the actual bar feels like. These will squish a little more than the real bar.

These work pretty well. I’ve used with my cable system and recently been locking down my axle bar for bag over bar practice.

These fit my rack just a little loose but they do not change the functionality. Use these for single leg squats, back extension and even set it up for leg ext and leg curls with my cable stack.
