Couldn’t afford not to buy this on sale. I don’t work with axle bars often, but this seems like a solid bar for doing variations of presses, deadlifts, and bench pressing. I appreciate that it’s a 20kg bar, so I don’t have to do any weird plate math. Also a fan of the painted markings on the bar.

I bought this bar on sale for $90 based on the recommendations and reviews from some of the members on Gym Radar and I do not regret my purchase at all. The bends in the bar feel really comfortable for curls and skullcrushers, and the knurling feels really good in the hands. I also like that this bar is a little heavier than some other curl bars I've used in the past (30lbs vs. 20lbs). This has been a huge upgrade from my Titan EZ curl bar. If you can snag this on a sale, it's an insane deal. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this is a really solid plyo box. I bought the medium sized box (16 inches, 20 inches, 24 inches) on sale for $100, which was an absolute steal. I like to do explosive jumps as a warmup on squat days, and this has been the perfect addition for that. I weigh around 170lbs, and the foam doesn't buckle or sink in when I jump on it with full force. I would definitely recommend this box if you can get it on sale, because I do think the $200 price tag is a little steep.

There’s a time and place to be a serious goose, but it ain’t here.

This was a great addition to my gym. I have had some back issues in the past, so I like to use this as a an alternative to a 3rd squat day every week. It’s a nice way to isolate the legs and take my back completely out of the equation. It can get a little wobbly with higher weights and one of the holes to attach the kickstand (which I’d argue is an essential addition) was misaligned, so I knocked a star for performance and build quality. It was easy to assemble and significantly cheaper than other belt squat options. Highly recommend this piece to anyone looking for a squat accessory/alternative.
