I just added this to my gym, and it does exactly what it should. Price point is great, and it appears to be accurate. I attached a cuttoff of rubber flooring with double stick tape to protect the metal surface. As others have mentioned, the only dig I have is the cable to the display is a bit too short to do much with. Not a big deal for me.

Great roller at a great price. It's solid, holds up to frequent use, and does what it needs to. Anything more, you are just paying for a logo.

Ok, don't shoot me... I love the vintage history of these, and as a collector, I can respect putting together a set. However, for daily lifting, I'm not a big fan. I prefer the feel of a modern urethane set with good knurling over these. And don't forget - if you drop them, you will cry until you realize what you can sell the blobs for.

These are the essential for starting any home gym. I made the mistake of using the 2x2 foam tiles first - bad mistake. Horse stall mats served me well while the gym was in my garage. When I moved it to the basement, I sold off the stall mats and went with rolled rubber flooring. In the end, the rubber looks a bit better, but functions the same as the stall mats, and costs more.

I end up using the standard Peloton bike when I am traveling (at least the rare occasion when hotel ones aren't all broken). The bike is fine, but it really makes me appreciate the automatic resistance change feature on the bike plus. Definitely enough to make me glad I have the bike plus at home. And with Peloton's continually increasing subscription fees, I'm not sure I'll be a Peloton customer much longer. Good programming, just really expensive.

At first I didn't understand the desirability of blobs. Then a friend let me try his. They really do provide a great alternative to other weight forms. Prices have skyrocketed for the York Roundhead blobs, often approaching as much as a dumbbell pair. Be patient, and look for bent dumbbells of your own. They are easy to make. I'm just getting into building up a set to work with, but I'm being patient and committing to not over pay until I get down to the last few in a set.

I used this bench at a friends while out of town for a few weeks. Does it get the job done - mostly. Was it a good bench - not really. It's fairly unstable, which isn't what I want when I'm working out. Materials feel cheap, and it made me glad I invested in a higher quality bench in my own gym.

These plates were produced in the UK in the 1950's and 1960's, and are incredibly desirable. Finding them in the United States is very rare.
