I have been pleased with this for the two or so years I have had it. Use it about once a week and it allows me to train my neck in ways a traditional neck harness don’t. I have not used it attached to a door inside, and only attached to my rack with a band or a cable tower. It’s expensive for neck training and wish I could give it 3.5 stars for value.

I got these to use as a cable attachment but find I much prefer them as a grip tool. There a few cable exercises I enjoy, lat pulldown variations in particular. A good addition to the grip arsenal without question.

I have never liked these as much as I want to. For use on DBs I find them alright but on a barbell, I just can’t get to a point where I’m happy with them.

These things are great. Got them to fit on my old infinity series r3 rogue rack. They hold high diameter bars just as well as standard diameter bars. One of the best purchases I’ve made for my gym. Both due to being old and not having a liftoff.

These are a value product for sure. If doing a lot of heavy slams I’d go with a d-ball or dynamic mb instead, as the leather feels thin. I use them more for lighter mb recovery work and for that they do great. One of the ones I have is not well balanced, as the majority of the weight is not centered.

A staple in many gyms for non reactive med balls. Hold up pretty well to abuse in a professional setting, although I have had some lemons that fell apart after only a few slam workouts. More expensive than they should be in my opinion.

Really like these for bigger athletes that spend a lot of time benching. Great diameter for both squatting and if used for benching. An odd thing, our uesaka bumpers fit on no problem, but the 5k steel plates only fit on one side. 5k bumper plates? No problem. They are quite long which can make them awkward to move around and one must be careful as the th bar is likely to flip down when just sitting in hooks. No concern about it falling out, just that it rolls so that the camber is the opposite of how you would use it.

This is my favorite, and the first, combo rack I ever used. I love everything about it, the adjustability, ease of swapping between squats and bench, and the durability. Have one at work that has been absolutely abused for over a decade by profesional shot put and discus athletes. Thing still does what we need it to do. We did swap out the upholstery maybe 8-10yrs into having it.
