I mean look at it. Definitely great if caught on a sale, I don't know about paying full price for it. The sleeves are very smooth, and sometimes with Titan's own cheaper spin locks, they slip when cranking it down, but other than that its fine. Knurling isn't super aggressive, but usually if you are doing very heavy rows, you might use straps anyway. Handy as a heavier loading pin. You might be able to use it as a short lever belt squat, but it works great for heavy rows. Weird starting weight at 24# so it is good to have a fractional plate to make the math easier.

Very handy to have. They started to come apart pretty quickly, but only loosened up a little bit and seemed to have stopped, and they've worked fine for about a year in that state. They bite right on to my Rogue Ohio power bar with the rougher sleeves, but on my Titan 36" dumb bell, which is really smooth, they sometimes need help to tighten. But once they are tight, they don't seem to be going anywhere. Caught them on a sale so that makes them even better.

I got this one over the Spud neck trainer because I thought the extra D rings and such would be important, but I'm not actually so sure you need all of them, and could do just fine using the two. This is a nice little kit, and the main straps have a little pulley wheel on them, to help center the load I guess. But again, probably don't need it. This one seems solid, thick Velcro, easy to adjust, and doesn't slip. Came with one resistance band which is nice. And a little baggy for them. Train your neck!

This is great to get going on the reverse hyper. You do need thinner plates or 100s to load it up, and it will move around. It worked great for me with a smaller space and being able to fold up, but now with a bigger space to work with, I will be getting a donkey or something similar. It can work to do back raises too, if you hook your feet to the handles or strap yourself in. It is finicky to do, but it does work, and you can hang onto weight arm. Works fantastic as a neck machine, if you have a neck harness. Upright rows feel pretty nice as well. It is a 10/10 machine for small spaces.

You have to buy one. So many uses, and who knew that nylon webbing could be actually soft and comfortable? I've hooked it up to furniture dollies to help move things around, and even to help maneuver an upright piano.

I was also unexpectedly pleased with this. First off, it has a pretty finish. It isn't just black, it has kind of a metallic flake, and the clear coat is shiny and consistent. Though, that does make it a bit slippery if trying to use it with just socks. It feels super stable in use otherwise, whether for hamstring curls or as an ab roller, or doing those crazy difficult side lunge things. Tracks pretty straight, very smooth wheels. Having a solid connection point for a cable or band is great too.

This was a bougie splurge on my part, but they are great. I only got the 20# pair, and wish I grabbed more while they were still around. The coating on the handles are super grippy, and seems very durable. I like the different handle sizes and positions. They make a challenging push up handle too. It is also pretty neat that you can slide them onto a barbell. That helps with little jumps when warming up, and I feel like I could cobble something to add a sleeve onto them, and make them adjustable. It isn't necessary, but it adds a bit of spice with some workouts and that is always important.

This review might not be the best because I am not a crossfit guy, and I have not used any other air bike besides this one. Only have it because I found it cheap at a garage sale. The guy bought some other stuff from Force USA, and this was a free addon with his package, though he never opened it. It was packaged well and assembly was straight forward. It moves around easy, and has a handle to help. I do have a Concept 2 rower, and know the display for these types of machines can be real important depending what you're trying to accomplish. The one on here is definitely not like the PM5 display, but it gives all the basic info, and comes on when you start pedaling. Even has a little ledge built in for a phone or tablet. There is no adjustment for the air on this, but it seems plenty hard when pushing it. Feel very stable too while going at it. There are also foot pegs so I guess if you wanted to just use your arms, you can, and vice versa. The seat adjust nicely as well, but the forward and back never seems to stay locked down. It hasn't moved while running the machine, but you can move it by hand. I feel like this was great as a garage sale deal, or an add on, but I don't know if the price difference new between this and the Rogue Bike or Concept, etc is worth it. But if you're really into these types of machines, you probably know that already.
