I've been very happy with these kettle bells, ranging from 26 pounds up to 70 pounds. They have a nice textured handle without any rough spots to catch. Since the Kettlebell Kings aren't available anymore the REP cast iron KBs are very similar.

I'm using this leg roller on my Nighthawk bench to do Nordic curls. Being able to adjust the gap between the rollers to change how firmly it holds down my ankles is a useful feature. The pads and adjustments are nice. It's a little fiddly getting into the socket on the bench and getting the pop in in the hole.

I got this thing on a blowout sale from Amazon for $70 which was a crazy deal. Mine is full of pea gravel and came out to just under 220 pounds. The full handles on both ends do make it easier to pick than a real keg. After a couple years outside in the sun the rubber protection rings degraded pretty badly.

After some fine tuning on height and bench position these do make bench days more fun. The rollers work well for centering the bar. If you're working with light weights you'll notice that the rest position with the bar in the cups gets further from the uprights everytime you add weight. The counterweight sticking out on the arm like a flag is a potential for getting poked in the ribs if you aren't paying attention while walking around. Some of the other designs use a spring so they're more compact.

I've switched to using this bar for pretty much all my bench press movements. I have the straight grips set at the same width as my log handles for some carry over, and then use the angle grips in the center for narrow grip. I have the stainless handles and the short stainless sleeves, which makes the bar come out to right at 45 pounds. I'm taking off one star on quality because there's a trapped hole punch out that will rattle around in the tube forever and won't fit through a hole.

I was quite impressed with the quality of this bar. It was purchased for my mother to have a lower starting weight on pushing exercises. The shaft is aluminum and the sleeves are steel. The spin of the bar is very fluid, with no clanking radially or axially. The knurling is also nicely aggressive, about on par with an Ohio Power Bar.

The current options on the market, while amazing, didn't have the capacity to hold a full 6 pack of brewskies, or 45 pounds of American Iron. With this XXL model you don't need to be limited by things like practicality.

I used this to add a foot plate for rows onto my Bells of Steel plate loaded cable tower. It's functional but definitely not high quality. The hinge and pin mechanism has enough slop that when it's locked open the pads sweep back a few degrees, and it's somewhat difficult to get the pin holes to line up.
