This bar is an absolute piece of garbage. Handles are slippery yet still cut your hands. Sleeves are loose and take extensive modification to make functional. Bar arrives bent and continues to bend if you load it with anything heavier than balsa wood change plates. Do not buy this. Don’t pick it up for free. Don’t say its name three times in the dark.

The only negative of this yoke is that it can be difficult to assemble when you break it down because, unlike Rep’s yoke, you have to slide the crossmember down from the top. It can be a bit of a pain when done by yourself. That being said, this thing is an impressive unit. It’s built like a tank and functions like a yoke and squat stands.

I went through several sets of bands before finding these. These have lasted 3+ years of regular use without degrading, even while being stored in my garage. I’m very impressed.

Perfect quality, like everything from AbMat. These are excellent for hip thrusts, certainly better than using a bench. It’s comfortable, convenient and easy to adjust. It’s also a great pad for anything else you need, like box squats.

This is an excellent piece of equipment. I am required to do sit-ups twice a year for work. The AbMat has allowed me to continue training for this into my oldish age without the back strain of traditional sit-ups. Also a great pad for box squats and handstand pushups

I purchased these thinking that they would help with my elbow tendinitis. They are comfortable, but needlessly complicated. Every time I use them I think, “I wish I had a regular d-handle”

My son had a labrum tear and needed to belt squat to stay in the gym. He is a skinny 13 year old, and a lot of belt squat belts were causing him pain. This pad was a game changer, allowing him to squat, march and do other movements with no discomfort.

I have a 200lb version and it is rock solid. Easy to fill and very durable so far. This bag is super fun for ground-to-shoulders, bag over bars, carries, etc..
