Solid rings. Had them on my rack for a while to do inverted rows.

Works great. Will go on any 3x3 upright for a low row or lat pull down pad.

Ok so just got this put up in my gym and it's kinda awesome? The tornado arms are a really great feature and the slim profile is such a space saver so that's great. I grabbed a few accessories for it as well and they seem good. The biggest issue is that the trolly is BEEFY. Like 40 lbs. Which...yeah it's a gym, get strong, stay strong etc but it's really too heavy for my wife or kids to use so it that kind of sucks. But they do have a fix in the works in the next 60-90 days or so from what they told me. But other then that, it's pretty awesome.

These are nice. I like the knurling and the bearings really are smooth. Nice handles. Not super pricey.

Eh...it's a nice budget piece but it was one of the earlier ones that hit the market and there have a been a few more since the release of this one that I think are probably better. The pully magic they did on this...is not great. It's like a 2/3 ratio so it's a real plate hog. I tracked down a could hundos that I could just throw on there. Quite honestly, probably something I will upgrade during black friday sales.

Hate this machine in that it works so well. It's rogue so it is built like a tank. I've had mine like 8 years with no issue. Great piece of cardio equipment if you have the room and hate your life.
