I have the old ones and they are rough and have none of the plastic protections they are great for chest and shoulder presses but you have to play a bit to make sure you can unrack and clear the trays

I have played rough with these guys up to 125 lbs they chip a bit but I am not nice to them, that have held up the handle is thick and the box is small so you will need a thin wrist strap to grip in if you want that.

Back extensions and Nordics is all I use this boy for, I have as of today done 335 pound back extensions off of it and it seems to hold up. I won this on garage gym competition.
