The best type of pull-up bar you can have in my opinion. You can anything on it. Wide grip, underhand, neutral grip, close neutral grip, etc

Its a good option if your arm training gets stagnant or boring and you want mix it up, sure, but I don't think this is building more muscle on anyone versus good form and good exercise selection

Really nice and simple rack, but a bit overpriced for how bare bones it is. Has more holes for attachments unlike the other racks

Same complaint as the other racks, just not as much holes/spacing compared to other racks like Rogue. I know their market is schools/collages, but being able to add attachments to the rack is always a bonus
