Used this in a commercial gym recently. Its a much more comfortable way of doing glute bridges versus with a barbell. I was even able to do them single leg and put my other foot underneath the foot plate. The setup feels like of weird, the back pad isn't very big and can feel like you'll slide up it, and the foot plate feels like its up slightly too high where you cant get a full ROM at the top

Great machine. Super comfortable and the pad is wide enough for people with poor flexibility in their shoulders like me, though I still prefer doing 1 arm at a time

Definitely a unique machine. The movement itself is just very sketchy doing a sissy squat while essentially falling straight back. The ability to add a counterbalance of weight definitely is nice but definitely make sure you start with a bunch a weight on it to get a feel first, unlike what I did

A good accurate scale to that I'd rather bring to competitions vs a home scale. The limit is pretty high too so you can weigh your mom

Small footprint and really easy way to superset, plus the smoothness of it being precor. Probably a bit pricier than what a lot of home gym companies offer

I've used EliteFTS's version of this, but WS produces their equipment. Its a super solid piece for a commercial gym, maybe not a home gym because of the size. I wasn't very impressed with the pad texture, it was super slick. I won't dock it too much since the bench was several years old and they may have updated it by now

I believe Matt's machine was the first version of a back attack machine I ever tried (I used to live in Ohio and have been to his gym a few times). I remember it being super solid and got heavy pretty quickly

I've seen this used at meets before. The clamp isnt big enough to get a great grasp on whatever you're mounting it to, especially if you're really cranking on the wraps trying to pre tighten as much as you can
