Great for strongman and oly lifting, but not ideal for powerlifting because they are up higher than most powerlifters use for angood training benefit, which typically is 1-3 inches

My wife and I had this at home before our home gym and it ended up staying outside on our patio all of the time. It held up surprisingly well in the weather for years

Awesome idea, I just with they made one with 5/8 holes as well. I had to get Titan's version of this for that reason so I could mount it onto my rogue weight tree, since I didn't want it on my rack

I think prime's concept with 3 weight placements fits really well here because 99% of people miss their curls at the very top or past halfway of the curl. This machine allows you to make the bottom portion very difficult and the top easier, or vice versa which is great

Another good alternative for chest besides barbell flat bench. I still prefer their seated versions much for for specificity. Side note, this machine primarily helped me fully recover my bench from a thoracic outlet/disk injury in my upper back when my pec,tricep, and lat all were basically turned off and atrophied away. I would prop one side up on blocks so it was about mid range, and I would do isometric presses with a weight I couldn't budge. I slowly was able to regain muscle control again doing this

Incredibly humbling bar. My old gym had one and it was very challenging for grip

Pretty standard neutral grip bar, built well but more expensive than EliteFTS's bar which has an additional set of grips on it

Not a bad bar but it's pretty small for larger people. If given the choice I'd just use a full size neutral grip bar for the same movement's intended for this
