Was lucky enough that one of the gyms I used to go to had several 100lb pairs of these. Im no vintage plate expert by any means but the videos I have using them more closely match this style versus the other 100lb york ones

These and Eleiko were some of the first brands of Kilo plates that were popular back in the day. Expensive but still very nice plates

Your typical quality rack from rogue, but the westside style hole spacing is a great touch for adjustability

Its a solid bench, but its expensive for what you get with no spotter arms and when compared to a combo rack. The pad is also slick and not grippy

Pretty basic but good quality monolifts that have been around a long time, and for a good price compared to most. Nothing particularly fancy about them, but readily available.

Really awesome knurling and super long. It was very stiff for being 29mm. Most geared meets back in the day used this bar

Pretty rare these days, and even when Iron Wolfe was around I never saw these bars used much in competition personally. The knurling was amazing but the bar didn't flex a ton. Comparable to an Okie or Ohio deadlift bar in terms of whip

This bar was like a perfect cross between a Rogue Squat bar (the whole bar had knurling) and a Texas monster squat bar (huge and 65lbs). Most of my best squats were on this bar
