I have a wooden version of this from amazon (was $10) works great and very humbling. Would have been more than $10 to build my own. There's something different on these than just pinching a block or a weight plate.

I wanted to see if there was anything to the 'larry scott' concept. Whether it's myth, placebo, or reality, the -5 arc DOES feel different. In a good way. I still do neutral grip pull downs on different bars and single arm pull downs with my rotating handles, but this does make you approach your lats differently and I like it. Rogue, in typical coolness, gave me a refund for a small part of this when my anodized handles were scuffed/marked minorly irregularly.

This thing has gotten a lot of love in 2026 and it is clear why. It works great. So smooth, great knurl, cheap 70 degree add on (have not tested), and nice caps at the end of the grip. Like everyone says, curls and press downs are great. Close grip lats are lovely. I don't use for rows due to close grip limiting my ROM, but if you like those, it'll feel awesome. best part is its actually reasonably priced. Color customization and price makes it more worth it to me vs. Force 6.

This is a great jump rope. Company sells replacement parts and fun designs. I got better at single legs, double unders, long sessions, and more using this. If you really have double unders this is great for speed.

I technically have the Pro 90s which are slightly smaller than these and 'discontinued' but the concept is the same. I use these for heavy DB work because I have a fixed 5-50 set. They're also a back up second set of DBs if someone is working out with me and we need the same weights. They're durable, simple, and the right level of 'retro' for me to love them. If I was going to have one set of dumbbells, I'd do something different. But with a fixed 5-50 set, these are a great value and option for heavies or secondaries. I also have the kettlebell handle which makes for nice farmers carries (not KB work). BUT the powerblock adjustable kettlebell is great, it's a precurser to what Freak Athlete developed.

I got these in covid and it was a real treat to have 'swimmers cut' plates over the standard flat steel. Now with sandbag plates and other options out there, I'm not sure if these are the 'best' option... But these work well, super durable, great ergonomics, I've had 0 issues or second thoughts since 2020.

Durable as all get out. I'd get a hip strap for it if you're buying new, just to be able to adjust the weight on long walks...er... Rucks. You also probly need to get a water bottle holder / pouch of some kind for the molle straps on the side... But it's a great pack. Word of warning though - the back has a plastic sheet in it that helps give structure. If you leave the pack on the ground upright with weight in it, it will deform over time. So it needs a spot to either hang from the straps or sit horizontal on a shelf/floor.

Yes, you can use an incline bench for 1 arm preacher curls. Sure, you can buy an attachment for your bench to have something like a commercial setup. Or you could take up a ton of space with a dedicated pad/seat… or this was $45 in 2026. It is light, but the right density. It’s great for 1 or 2 handed curls and I’m sure other stuff. Really, it feels great.
