From BOS or Amazon, these are a game changer for cables. Especially these ones that allow you to open the non hook release end, cutting out the need for an additional clip. I use these with some Amazon zipper pulls on the release mechanism to make all cable work fast to attach / change connections. But, the best is using this with my belt squat belt and a good release keychain (see photo).

Other than Rogue's turf tires, I think this is unbeatable for cost, quality, repair-ability, performance and footprint. Best part of this over Rogue is that it breaks in 2 for storage and is easily wall hung as 1 item or 2 separate items (see photo).

This is a great belt squat if you can't get a rhino in your Gym. The eco system around this tool keeps growing, which means you may spend more money, but you'll be getting more out of a 'single' piece. I assume the kickstand is included on these forever now. No kickstand=no deal. It's necessary to really get in position with heavy weight. I have this with Porter's Hellbox (dual weight horns and an articulating handle) that not only allows unique squat positions and tons of weight, but can also be used for deadlifts, calf raises, presses, etc... I also have Fringe's swan neck attachment which has allowed me to put this on the wall, gives me a wide range of horizontal motion, and lets me store this upright against the wall when not in use - huge benefit. I also use fringe's 'free' belt but with the abmat cover. Watch for sales or for facebook folks selling it cheap, it's worth it if you are willing to belt squat and set it up right.

This 'makes' the mammoth for me. There are things that I think could be refined to justify the price (below), but the functionality and 'quality of use' improvement is bar-none. The handle / adjustments allow you to make huge adjustments to the belt squat / stimulus and even use it very well for calf raises, deadlifts, modified viking presses, and other push/pulls with the handles. Plus, this is turning into an eco system with the option for additional attachments into the hellbox. Now some improvements - angle up the weight arms like Fringe's dual horns; use a more refined locking pin for adjustments on the TNT handle; and put some endcaps on the weight horns (cheap plastic amazon ones work but you could really brand those suckers).

These are well made. but they're too small. I found it more comfortable to hold the end of my empty cable then to use these for flys, curls, and press downs. Porter PhysEd's Eclipse Grips are a much better solution to these in my experience. If they just had more surface area for your hand before the rotational piece, they would be much better. Maybe the 'danglers' are better that way?

These are ideal garage dumbbells. They're not freezing in the winter. They grip well when sweaty. I love a good knurl, but these just feel great. Also Rep's lifetime warranty is legit. I've used it twice once on the original shipment and once on some damage that occurred after a few years. I sent the story, a video and quickly had a shipment headed out to me.

Not sure anything could replace it. Maybe a different foam? It’s useful for so much. Sit-ups on the ground. Something to kneel on. Or tap your knee to for lunges. I also use it for my low back with my leg developer for lying leg extensions and prone leg curls.

Perfection at double the price. The rotation is smooth, the knurling is good, the curves are right and the length is sufficient for even lat pull downs without being unwieldy. I love curling and press downs with this.
