Expensive for the weight, but good quality and the embossed lettering is a nice touch. Would recommend if you don't mind paying for them.

I'm no ring expert, but I can recommend rings to anyone. For feet elevated press-ups, neutral grip chin-ups (I prefer these over Swisses as you have full freedom) etc. rings are awesome. These particular ones are more expensive than most so prob not worth it. And for a casual, rack based, user I would recommend competition style straps as very easy to change between movements. I would recommend the FIG (28mm) rings for smaller hands, not tried the Crossfit (32mm) rings. One con for chin-ups is you have to bend your knees when used on a rack.

Similar to the last poster, I bought this 19 years ago. Still going strong. The design has changed over the years. Back then there were only really cheap benches, or really expensive commercial benches. And then this in the middle. It's a FID bench, tripod design (my version), and has port for attachments (I have the leg extension/curl one). It also has a tapered back pad which gives more room for your shoulders. Pro/con depending. In recent years, all these features have been blowing up, but 19 years ago they were already there. Is it perfect. No. Are there better benches. Yes. But it works, and it's used multiple times every week. Would I recommend it. Probably not. It's a good bench, but the adjustment system isn't ideal, and there are better benches these days.

Like others, and I think after I first saw this from Brandon, bought these for my weight tree. Very handy. The bolts aren't quite long enough but it's on enough to not be an issue.

Not your usual calf block. If you don't use shoes, the cork and curves make this comfortable. You do need to place on a some weight plates to get full ROM but otherwise work well. Being able to angle them is nice too. Would I like a big beefy metal calf block. Yes. But these are small, easy to store, and do the job.

Don't have room for extra barbells so bought this to get my curl bar and larger cable attachments out the way. Thanks to Coach Carp for testing this would work with the curl bar and cable attachment before I pulled the trigger.

Bought these after losing some mobility in my left ankle, preventing me from squatting. Now I can squat again, with full ATG range of motion. Went with the 20 degree version to ensure depth. Haven't tried the others, but may do in the future to see what the lowest angle I can use is. I guess that is one downside of these. You have to buy separate ones for each angle you want. Also went with the "pair" instead of the "single" wedge so I could angle them out. Large enough for full foot, and grip tape is solid. I never feel like I'm going to slip. Wish I could still squat normally though. Less hassle!

Gets the dip bar off the floor and out of the way. Also looks good having the dip bar on the wall. And the laser cut logo is a nice touch. I guess one upgrade, not that it matters too much, would be to have UHMW so no metal on metal contact. Not noticed any scrapping etc. though.
