Had these Trak Fitness IIc - Trak Handle Pro-X for about 6 years now in their native state with the plastic/rubberized handles. I never purchased the “Sport” version ones until last year when I saw someone post them with a JD Gym Equipped modded knurled handle in stainless steel. So I picked up a pair and had Jesse do the same for me. Loved the result so much that I sent him specs for the Pro-X handles after procrastinating, and he sent me those handle mods as well. Came out perfectly and now I have my two GOAT attachments 👍🏼. I don’t think anyone has modded the Pro-X yet up until this point. Additionally, I know a few companies and private people on Etsy making printed plastic ones for the Trak Sport handle. While those are decent, there is nothing like knurled stainless steel in your hand and this mod does not add obnoxious weight to the handles. I can strongly recommend the upgrade. I’ve owned many a D handle and to me these were the ones I settled on back in 2019. These live up to the hype they have recently been getting.

My first C2 piece and still going strong. The PM5 data on all of their pieces sets them apart for metrics and leaderboards. The world-wide incorporation of these in homes, commercial gyms and sports training facilities says it all. Plus rowing engages about 85% of your body’s muscles and therefore makes this a great warm-up and cardio addition to any gym. It stands up to lean against wall out of way or you can hang it on a wall mount too. I got a silicone seat pad for it which my butt enjoys and an iPad mount. Purchased from Rogue, but now since they ripped off the design I recommend purchasing straight from Concept2. Their customer service is second to none in this industry.

Super small footprint when you wall mount this. Between this and my endless rope, these offer great upper body strength/endurance conditioning and being a C2 product - means it’s going to last forever.

I got them for cheaper than Rogue Calibrated Steel plates and they are super precise at only +/- 10 grams deviation. I purchased them off of someone who imported them and then changed their mind and went a different direction, hence a much better price for me. Luis he drive from another state to deliver them to my basement. Couldn’t refuse that deal. I picked up the change plates from the UK distributor of ATX. The importation duties and taxes are what makes these plate currently unreasonable here. But if you are in the UK, or EU or AUS, where there are ATX dealers (ATX is like Rogue in Europe) they are very reasonably priced. Several companies are now offering this same type of plate like Kensui. So until ATX is officially here distributing in the USA, look elsewhere.

Force 6 Fitness TRICEP PRESSDOWN ATTACHMENT (ROTATING AND FIXED) is more than a real standout functionally and ergonomically. It borders on a “work of art” aesthetically. This is one of the finest attachments that I have laid my hands on EVER! (and I have owned and own many top-tier cable attachments). Specs: 6 lbs, 6.5in L X 9 in H x 4in W. It has 35mm black anodized handles that have a medium to fine knurling with a relatively high points per square inch density. It has a smooth all bearing construction, possesses dual function and can be allowed full 360 degree swivel or it can be fixed in position with a small knurled mag pin. It has an ISO Dead Blow wide base that feels amazing in use. This will remain in my permanent lineup forever and has immediately earned an “S-tier” rating . It also happens to perfectly blend in with my black & red vibe The fit and finish are leagues above the Rogue version. The “dead blow” bases are much more comfortable as well. I like the thicker diameter handle too. At the end of the day, they both get the job done. It’s like choosing between two different whips, where the Rogue is the Wrangler Rubicon and the Force6 is the Benz AMG G Wagon.

Excellent option with ability to orient vertically or horizontally. Fit and finish is superb and stands far above the Darko Barbell Anchors. Force6 offers a double sided version that holds out to 4 barbells as well.

3D printed with integrated carbon fiber, so not a metal design. I don’t think that’s an issue with strength in this application, but an aluminum or stainless steel version with metal knurling would be fire. Its has knurling in this V2 of the product which is better than none. It’s great for flexion and extension exercises for wrist/forearm to compliment other forearm and grip movements. Easy to incorporate with functional trainer weight stack.
