I'm a fan of Abmat products but this one just ain't it in my opinion. This is personal anecdote but I've tried so many times to position myself on my bench with the ROM pad and I have yet to find a groove where I think this thing has any sort of benefit. While the pad has a nice level of firmness and overall quality, I think the length could be quite a bit shorter.

My favorite plates I've ever used. I went from bumpers to six shooters to the REP Urethane Equalizers for a more premium feel. Functionally, these are my favorite types of plates because they're so easy to grab and move. The urethane holds up incredibly well over time and provides a commercial feeling to my home gym.

Awesome attachment. Shoutout to Home Gym Hangout for collaborating with Rogue on these. The use of Rogue's aluminum handles makes this attachment really shine because the knurl is so good that I don't ever need to use straps. This thing rocks for pulldowns and rows, and gives you 3 different grip types in 1.

Eclipse grips (with dyneema loops) are my favorite attachments for single arm cable work. A little pricey so value is questionable depending on how much you'd use them, but they're built incredibly well by a small manufacturer who is a staple in the home gym community. My personal favorite movements with them are rear delt flys and cable kickbacks.

I have the Aggro 2x which I think has perfect aggressive knurl. It's great for SBD but I usually pick a less aggressive bar when doing low bar squats because the Aggro will chew up my shoulders like no other. If you want a premium bar with aggressive knurl, the 2x is excellent. If you're a sadist, go ahead and grab the 3x.
