45LB Ohio Power Bar - AGGRO

45LB Ohio Power Bar - AGGRO

The AGGRO™ variations of our 45LB Ohio Power Bar are designed for lifters who want an even more aggressive knurl than the standard model. These AGGRO variations were crafted for the lifter who wants the absolute maximum grip for heavy deadlifts and pulls. There are two options to choose from (2X AGGRO and 3X AGGRO), each utilizing advanced precision tooling to re-create the geometry of the original knurl pattern with added depth and more prominent peaks.

I bought a Aggro grab bag from Rogue. It was Aggro 3 but missing just a very tiny tip (some called it an aggro 2.9). Very cool to feel the sharpness but in use, just way too sharp. I love aggro but holy geez my back was actually bleeding after squats and it just felt terrible for bench. Maybe I'm just weak and aggro is all preference but aggro 3 is for you crazy folk haha. I think aggro 2 would be much more than enough for most people. I ended up selling for what I paid to someone that got a great deal on a near new rogue aggro bar.

I bought the Aggro 3 and it is by far my favorite bar in my quiver. It requires pretty much zero maintenance, looks and feels great, and has been the main workhorse since I got it. Highly recommend this or the Aggro 2 to anyone that likes aggressive knurling.

I bought mine, an Aggro 2, in a grab bag sale and absolutely love it. It's extremely grippy on the verge of sharp and I think that any more would just be overkill. All that said, I think that itsit'snormal price is too high and the Rep Double Black Diamond is similar quality and at a cheaper price.

I really like the aggro 2x. Got mine in a grab bag and it has no noticeable issues. The deep volcano knurl on the 2x is a top contender for my favorite, and my bar has rogue’s upgraded tolerances/features which I really like!

I have the 2X aggro bar. The knurling is really good for powerlifting. It has a little more bite than my Texas Power Bar, but it is not uncomfortable. I would not use either for Olympic Weightlifting or CrossFit movements. Value wise, I think it is overpriced. However, I have no performance complaints. I also have yet to have a build quality issue with any Rogue equipment.

The Rogue 3X Aggro Power Bar is built for lifters who don’t compromise. Brutally aggressive knurling—sharp, consistent, and locked in on every heavy rep. The stainless steel adds a raw feel with reliable grip and durability. No comfort, no shortcuts—just control and precision under load. Aggressive, clean, elite. I love mine.

This is the best bar I have ever owned. I mean, it's a Rogue Ohio with extra aggressive knurling. What's not to love. The knurling itself bites reasonably hard (I have the 2, not the 3). It's gradually eating through the plastic on my roller j cups. I do find with low bar squats the center knurling can be aggressive on the back, and I honestly probably wouldn't be psyched to drag this up my shins for deadlifts (not a problem for me because I exclusively do trap bar DL nowadays).

I have the Aggro 2x which I think has perfect aggressive knurl. It's great for SBD but I usually pick a less aggressive bar when doing low bar squats because the Aggro will chew up my shoulders like no other. If you want a premium bar with aggressive knurl, the 2x is excellent. If you're a sadist, go ahead and grab the 3x.

I have handed both of these bars a few times at rogue, the Arnold and Home Gym Con. The normal Ohio power bar has grippy volcano knurling, the aggro 2 has relatively aggressive mountain knurling, and the aggro 3 is just stupid sharp and I can’t see the value in a bar that sharp. The biggest knock I have on these bars are the dumb looking cartoons on them that they use to show you if it’s a aggro 2 or 3

The finish and knurling on the AGGRO x2 might by the best feeling shaft I have had my hands on. If you love rogue and want a great grip power bar then this is it. DO NOT get the x3 unless you want a expensive novelty to show off in your gym. It is way to sharp and they make it clear on the product page. It is cool that they even did the x3 as a concept, but don't take it as a product that is intended to use.
