Bought this for step-ups and box squats. I have ended up using this for many more things. It works great if your bench is in use and you need to do seated DB anything or cables too. Very stable but would be careful doing box jumps at 24 setting.

The Rep rack build quality is up to Reps standards. The height adjustability and the multiple angles you can have for the DBs is awesome. Rolls smooth and the holder for the increment plates is in a great spot.

The Nighthawk fits me perfect. It's a great home gym bench, easy to move around and the build quality is perfect. The only thing I would like to have is more Rep attachments for this. I think there's only one option for preacher curl...

Ordered these handles based on many good reviews. I really like them for certain exercises but there are a few weak points. The grips could use some work and I’m not too fond of going heavy for exercises like flies. The side to side pulley doesn’t provide much stability and your wrists take a beating from the side to side motion.

This attachment works great for so many different movements. It works just as good for biceps as it does triceps. I have used it for back as well. It makes zero noise and also has awesome gnarling. at 95 bucks, this is mandatory.

These are super high quality all around. I was looking at a few similar attachments but always came back to these. Ordered them and have zero regrets. The only thing that I feel is absolutely mandatory are the strings that attach between these and the cable. If you do not have those, they are not as smooth. You can get them from their site.

I've tested multiple adjustable dumbbells...these were the best fit for me. They are extremely well made and really nice to use. Would recommend to anyone.

The C20 is pretty much awesome at everything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for one piece that can do it all.
