I really like these. I am using them several times a week now for everything from kickbacks to flyes to lat raises and whatever else I can figure out with them. The colour customization is nice. I use them a lot and get the value out, but they ain't cheap, especially when shipping them up here to the great white north. I would give 5 stars for build quality but I worry about the longevity of the neoprene. Eventually that stuff breaks down and goes crummy (crumb-y?).

Love the utility of these, I have both types of rollers - bought flat at first but scratched my beautiful chrome and transparent purple paint job the first time I put the bar on, so I bought the return rollers. I chopped off the end of the cheap Bells of Steel mag-pins and they work perfectly to hold them in place. Also I put two layers of UHMW tape inside so they fit nice and tight to the rack, I have a metric 3x3 (74mm x 74mm).

Got these for super cheap from the discount pile at the Bells of Steel store north of Toronto. They are crap. Used them once.

Plate loaded. For 400 bucks Canadian this piece gets a ton of use. I made a crappy version of the Porter/Caracara lat pulldown extension and it works really well. I used a chunk of 3×3 tubing, an old hinge bracket from a Rogue folding rack and some pulleys from Amazon. The build quality is what you would expect for the price and the tubing sizes are kinda weird. I like the look of the updated 3x3 tower but really I have no reason to swap this out.

Kinda cheap and ugly but I use it all the time. Doesn't extend out far like the multi link. How about a powder coat next time BOS?

Great for the calves and my flat feet like the roundness. I also use it as a step for the pull up bar and dip bars. Typical Oak Club quality. I like.

I also really enjoy the multi handles, and the distinct lack of rattling - it is solid. It loses points for the monitor though. You can only count distance down, and only in 100m increments. Even my Bells of Steel Blitz bike has finer detail in the monitor. It was a Kijiji purchase so I scored a great deal on it - this skewed my value score.

I think I have the 3. I like it because it's Oak Club, but it's not the typical overbuilt quality I'm looking for. I bought a genuine leather size 1 (5" diameter) ball from indoorhooper.com and it was a worthy upgrade. Another review mentions a good basketball, but the ball that came with mine you can get in packs of three at the dollar store. I don't like when Bells of Steel knocks off smaller manufacturers, but I saw their version of this net, and even though their backboard is ugly, the ball is quality. I didn't know this before buying this net, but apparently miniature basketball quality is of great concern to me. Maybe I will start a review channel.
