Great value at the time, but I would take a look at the competition if I had to buy one today. Inner-Pad started cracking after about 5 years of use. But this is still totally usable.

As durable as they say. My biggest complaint about them is that getting the dovetails back in when the weight's really heavy can sometimes be difficult. I have more than once gotten them jammed by not getting them correctly. I made a DIY stand out of wood and it served me well.

I have had mine for 4 years now and love it. It has really helped my shoulder mobility.

I have owned this for about a year and I honestly like my cheap chrome one more. I dont ever use the landmine, but I guess its a nice to have. The Knurling is nice. But It can be too aggressive for high rep stuff.
