I keep this in the rotation very regularly for both curls and for tricep push downs.

This is the first piece of gym equipment I ever bought like almost 10 years ago. I probably use it two or three times a year. Works great.

Use them for years with no problems. I take them on almost every road trip for some on-the-go exercises.

This is the perfect bar. Not too much WIP like Kabuki and not too little like Rogue

I think I've used this thing twice. It's just not that useful. I'd rather do double arm stuff.

Wall control hook are pretty expensive. Some pegboard attachments work just as good but when you really need it to be locked in this is the way to go.

Wall control is the best. There's no debate. I use it all over my house. I think I'm up to seven panels in the gym.
