Solid, well made change plates. If you’re not wanting the rubber coated ones you see all over, this can be a good option. They can be a little harder to grab as there is no edge and it’s not rubber coated.

I actually have two of these in Stainless Steel mounted to my rack currently and I love them. The knurling is very grippy and there is no play in the attachment points. The reason to get one of these is for looks and it definitely makes your rack pop. It’s a solid addition if you want to change something up.

A great way to attach stuff to your rack and make it so you don’t need tools. It’s worth having a couple for sure. I have my MM Handles attached to my rack currently by these.

I had this on my old rack and I enjoyed it. It loosened more often that I would have liked but tightening it isn’t much of an issue. It felt good on my hands and I used it for years for pull ups.

I had this bar for about a month. It’s nothing special and it’s beefier than you’d probably want. I opted for a smaller form factor bar since I found myself not using it anymore

This, a Rogue Ohio bar, and bumpers were my first purchase at the start of COVID. It’s fine—it does what you need in a squat stand and nothing more. It lasted me a while and I think it’s worth a purchase if you don’t want to commit to a rack.

It’s just fancy PVC pipe but if they didn’t offer it for sale, I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to buy it. I would definitely be doing less mobility work if it wasn’t offered for sale.

It’s very expensive for what you’re getting. Other lever arms on the market have way more functionality, like the PRx ones that lock in different positions and swivel. These are due for an upgrade so I would avoid these. I found myself not using them like I thought I would so that’s why I no longer own them.
