It feels good to use and it doesn't dig into you. The chain is just long enough. It’s a very good options

This sled is built like a tank and you’re getting what you pay for. It’s bulky and heavy so storing it can be challenging. I found myself not using it anymore so that’s why I no longer have it.

This was the first power rack I bought and it lasted me 5 years. There was nothing wrong with the rack—I just wanted to get into the 1 inch hardware ecosystem. This rack is bomb proof and you’ll never need to replace it. There are cheaper 5/8” racks but you know the quality you’re getting when you buy Rogue.

Great all around bar. This is the first barbell that I purchased in 2020 and it has gotten used up until about a month ago. It’ll last forever if you take care of it.

Very basic spotter arms. Had them for my former Monster Lite rack. The biggest issue with them is how much of the upright it takes up. If that’s not a concern, you can get these at a decent price. It’s also worth noting that it will potentially scuff your upright as there is no UMHW plastic where it attaches.

These were my go-to handles for most cable exercises for a long time and I still find some uses for them. I actually really like the narrow diameter as it allows for more clearance of the handle when doing flys specifically. If you don’t want to splurge on TrakHandles, this is the next best option. These are still not cheap though.

This is a fairly standard dip station. I I decided to upgrade after changing racks and wanting something that feels better in my hand. If you don’t want to pay more money for the UDA, it’s not the worst option.

I didn’t end up using it much since it was folded in the corner of my gym. When I did use it, it’d built well and feels good to use. The limited loading length is a negative but the price point makes it a solid deal if you’re going to actually use it.
