I used to use these for deficit work and sound deadening. They are heavy duty and won’t move an inch unless you want them to.

When I had these, I mainly used them to store stuff. You can be more creative than me and use it for other things, though.

I used to have this timer and it’s great at what it does. Having to reset the time and settings whenever the power goes out is a pain and that happens a lot here in Florida. I ended up wanting something smaller but this is still a good option if you want a larger form factor.

A definite upgrade to the standard J Cups. The UHMW on the top gives peace of mind for jelling your bar safe and the shape allows the bar to move more easily while racked. If you don’t want to spend the money on roller J Cups, this is a good option.

Fairly standard leg roller. It fit flush with my former rack and didn’t have any wobble. If you need one, this is a solid option.

No frills, standard J Cups. These will do the job and do it well. I only got rid of these when I upgraded to the Ghost Roller J Cups.

It’s a good, versatile narrow grip attachment. It’s clever how the handles are done for different types of grips. It’s worth the premium to have a piece like this that’s versatile.
