Compatible with all Monster Lite racks, Rogue’s heavy-duty 24" Safety Spotter Arms are designed to protect both the weightlifter and the bar itself. When adding spotter arms to an existing rack, dependability is always the optimum word-- particularly for athletes training alone in a home gym or garage gym. This is why Rogue manufactures its Monster Lite Spotter Arms from 3x3” 11-gauge steel tubing, with welded-on end-plates for additional safety and specially designed hitch-pins to lock the spotters in place. The arms feature a UHMW plastic insert on top to protect the knurling of your bars.

These are well built and solid, but they take up a ton of real estate on your uprights. Some of this might be a natural limitation of the 5/8-inch design, since it seems like all the best low-profile spotters are happening at 1 inch. So in short: these will do the job and seem reasonably priced, but I'd look around and double-check there aren't any modern low-profile options for 5/8 inch before pulling the trigger.

These things are overbuilt like everything that Rogue does but I think they need to be updated. They don't have the ramp feature as they approach the rack, they don't have pop pins built in, they are incredibly tall so they can't be placed low on the rack. They just need a tune up. But they are safe. I had to modify them a bit so that they could fit on PRx's wall mounted storage but they definitely need some more help.

I had these for my PR-4000 and they were pretty loose, which is on my metric rack, not on Rogue. I ended up switching to Titan because it was a tighter fit and was able to be stored in the PrX wall mount, which matters a great deal if you don’t always want to have your spotter arms on the rack.

They work well but are heavy and can be a pain to move around. They're a great way to do pin presses or other movements versus a cloth safety

They're spotter arms. They work really well at that. They are also easy on the rack in regard to fitment (Rogue and PRx racks). I recommend storing them on the 3x3 strip Rogue offers to clear up clutter. The strip also doubles as a permanent landmine mount.

Got them as part of the Bundle when I got them with the Rack. From a safety point of view they are performing perfectly and will old all the weight dropped on them by being quite overbuilt. As noted by others they use quite a lot of space on the upright. The holes also sometimes do not align when the top peg is in the smaller hole spacings, but the lower ones aren't anymore, so you can't fully secure it. Also, you are limited with the lowest setting due to the geometry. The Plastic covering is good and has held up well after 6 years, but the ends are on the bare steel (aftermarket products exist to bridge that gap)

Had used these on my old RML set up. Not a huge fan of the design due to the amount of real estate they take up on an upright and their overall weight.

Great addition to my rack so I can press outside the rack. I like using them for overhead press lock outs and I can easily store them under my safety straps on inside of rack. Shown stored.
