I am not sure where I could knock this bench. I think the only reason I do not still own it is because of its weight. It was just a bit heavy to move around. As far as construction, this bench is a tank. When you are on it you feel total stability. The bench looks great as well. You have options on the color scheme which is nice. There is no gap and the upper pad is long so this is a great bench for the bigger, taller, lifter. I cannot recommend this bench highly enough if you are a serious lifter.

A great tool for forearm, wrist, and grip training. it offers several different positions, and options, for training.

For the money probably the best collars going. They are strong on the bar and keep the weight where you want it.

I like this machine. It meets my needs well. It is not as high quality as some others but for an older, and beat up, person it is great. I do wish there were handles on the inside of the arms. but that can be dealt with. It may not hold as much weight as some either. It was pretty easy to put together, and it works smoothly. The seat adjustment also makes it nice for use.

At least they come in colors, but they would not be anywhere near my first choice for a collar. They can be loose at times. I try to use them in low stress areas. I would not buy them again.

Nice thick grip attachment. It rolls well and seems like it is durable. It can be used as a cable attachment or even attached to a loading pin for deadlifts and such. I enjot using it because it fits well in my hand, and makes for a different feel in mundane movements.

These are not high quality plates, but the price is really good. If you just want weight for the bar these will do fine. They have some variance is size and quality and sometimes are a bit loose on the bar. You get what you pay for. If you are into the aesthetics, these are not for you, but they do work and are cost effective.

Personally, these are my favorite D Handles. I use them all of the time. They move in all directions and make things so much easier on my joints. The stock grips feel great in my handles, but you can change out the grips if you want something different. These have held up really well under heavy use. The price is high, but I think they are worth it. I have quite a few D Handles, and eventhough these may be expensive, I could have saved myself alot of money if I would have just gotten these first
